Delivery & installation

Delivery and installation

Smart toilets combine plumbing and electrical requirements. The room has to suit the selected model.

Measure the rough-in

Record the centreline and distance of the existing waste from the finished wall, along with any wall outlet or concealed carrier requirements.

Confirm water supply

Check pressure, inlet position, isolation and local backflow requirements. The manufacturer pressure range on the model page is not a substitute for a site check.

Confirm electrical work

A qualified electrician should determine the correct protected connection, bathroom-zone requirements and whether the selected model is suitable for the destination.

Regional compliance

Certification, markings, plug/connection method and plumbing approvals can differ between Australia and European markets. Confirm the exact supplied version before purchase.

Freight

Freight, duties, import treatment and last-mile handling depend on the destination and order size. They are confirmed separately from the displayed goods price.

Wall-hung M9

Plan the carrier, wall build-up, concealed services and future service access before waterproofing and tiling. This model needs earlier coordination than the floor-mounted range.

Australia

Measure then confirm

Keep the waste centre, water location, power location, finished wall and room clearance measurements together with the model code when requesting a final supply check.

Europe

European deliveries

Electrical connection, plumbing practice, approvals, freight and taxes differ by destination. The model is only one part of the final configuration.

Questions

Installation checklist

Why is the rough-in important

The waste position determines whether the toilet can physically connect without moving drainage. Match the room to the S-trap, P-trap or wall-hung configuration listed for the chosen model.

Why does the power supply need to be checked

Heating, washing, drying and automatic functions use electricity. The local connection, protection and bathroom electrical requirements should be confirmed by a qualified electrician.

Is freight included in the displayed price

No. The storefront price is the goods price. Freight, duties, taxes, installation and destination-specific costs are confirmed separately.

Can a wall-hung smart toilet replace any wall-hung toilet

Not automatically. The wall carrier, waste, water, power, fixing points and access all need to match the selected product and room construction.
